Since 2002, IOO has incorporated a quality system that sets the standards for quality levels NEN-AND-ISO 9001. This system is applicable to all our activities: ‘research and researched based consultancy’. The quality system aims to optimise the research and investigation activities. Herewith we secure our customers with timely and high profile services. Our most recent certificate is granted by SGS Systems & Services Certification EESV and valid till March 2007.
